Stock Allocation

An order needs stock from somewhere.

A business-wide stock total does not say which location should supply an order. Warehouse priorities help TijaraQ work through the locations assigned to a connected store.

Connected to the way your team works

Set store priorities

Configure the warehouse priority list for the store connection.

Receive a mapped order

TijaraQ allocates mapped products through those locations in order.

Review exceptions

Check stock conflicts when an external sale exceeds available quantities.

Warehouse priorities

Choose the order in which a store draws on its locations.

Order-level context

Keep stock allocation associated with the order item.

Shortfalls stay visible

Surface allocation shortfalls instead of hiding the stock conflict.

Frequently asked questions

Good questions. Clear answers.

Is allocation a separate physical-stock total?

The current connected-order workflow deducts quantities as it allocates them. Do not interpret stock quantities as an independent on-hand plus reserved balance.

Does allocation guarantee no overselling?

No. External sales can exceed available inventory. TijaraQ records shortfalls and can leave negative stock at the final priority location so the conflict is visible.
